The First Film Festival of Westminster, Maryland

​Hosted by Westminster local and filmmaker Ryan McNulty, the Westminster Film Fest aims to bring together amateur and independent filmmakers from around the region and show off the local customs of the town of Westminster.

Filmmaking is a difficult passion that requires artistic collaboration and public exposure to thrive. We aim to support local filmmakers in their journey to create their work and grow as artists, professionally and creatively.
